Tracking has not updated for over 30 days
Package is confirmed lost or stolen
Item arrives severely damaged during shipping

Important Notice Before opening your package, please record a complete unboxing video in one continuous take (no edits). This video is required for any after-sales support. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any claims without valid unboxing proof.

Requests involving damage or defects without a complete, valid unboxing video
