Order Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth shopping experience, cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing your order or before it has been shipped, whichever comes first. Once this timeframe has passed or the order has been dispatched, we are unable to accept cancellation requests.

Free Replacement or Full Refund: We will provide a free replacement or full refund under the following conditions:

• Tracking has not updated for over 30 days

• Package is confirmed lost or stolen

• Item arrives severely damaged during shipping

• Item received does not match your order

Important Notice Before opening your package, please record a complete unboxing video in one continuous take (no edits). This video is required for any after-sales support. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any claims without valid unboxing proof.

• Requests involving damage or defects without a complete, valid unboxing video

• Price adjustments after purchase (pricing may fluctuate based on market trends, shipping costs, exchange rates, and other external factors — we appreciate your understanding)

Processing Time: All orders are carefully prepared and usually ship within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders for confirmed designs may take a little extra time to verify the item.

Tracking: All shipments include a tracking number. You can monitor your package online. Please note that tracking updates may take 1–3 days to appear after the label is created.
